Frame Up Build For 2011 Season

Recently I started a frame up YFZ build. It should be done before the 2011 Season. Its going to start off a mild stockbore build but the plan is a 480.Anyway here are some pics of the progression of the build. I couldnt have done this without TONS of help with parts from the ENTIRE YFZTECH Famliy. Thanks to everyone involved...Fatsoe82, HDgasser, and Mineurbiz REALLY made this alot easier and I appreciate all you did for me. The Shine Shop in Henderson, NV did all the chrome and PC work

Thats all for now..Im picking the engine up friday. Im down to paddles, pipe, chain, and chain rollers...Then its all done

Looks good man. That yellow is sweet. I had some stuff chromed at the shine shop too they do a god job.

Yeah the color is called shocker yellow.Its really bright in the sun light, it hurt my eyes when i took those first pics of the frame,lol. Its a mix between a bright green and yellow.

Im surprised that you went with white plastic on that frame instead of fatsoes black plastic but i like it alot pretty sweet and have to agree first time ive seen the stock bumper done like that i like it

The color looks nice.... I actually have my frame pcd in shocker yellow where it's like the color of antifreeze yours atleast looks to have more yellow. But nice build up.

Picked up the engine yesterday.Got to work polishing some stuff. Coming along good. This is the third engine Ive polished the covers on and I forgot how bad the stator cover SUCKS to polish...

Dropped the engine in today, got the carb mounted and everything is wired.

Finally finished up polishing the engine covers. Glad thats over with..All I need is rear paddles,chain, and chain rollers...Pipe and intake are on the way
